My family and I have been raising beef cattle for almost 20 years and have even showed at MSU. We have been blessed enough to make the auction twice with Reserve champion market calf in 2015 and 6th overall in 2016. The purchasers were Bison Hospital supplies and Michigan Farm bureau. Now that I am to old to show, we want to continue the Kapolnek Farms legacy by raising steers and eventually breeding. We are USDA Certified! Our freezer beef is antibiotic and hormone free but not organic. We do feed grass, hay, and grain. People get a little skeptical about grain fed cattle but I promise you’ve never tasted beef quite like this! We have had amazing results and our current customers are extremely pleased!
