We are the Kapolnek’s!
Our family has been raising beef cattle for almost 20 years and have shown cattle at the county and states of Michigan and Ohio. Blessed enough to have won reserve champion market calf in 2015 and 6th overall in 2016 at Michigan Beef Expo. The purchaser’s were Binson Hospital Supplies and Michigan Farm Bureau Insurance. Wanting to continue the Kapolnek Farms legacy, we are raising premium quality Angus and Angus influenced beef cattle and marketing our product at local farm markets. Our freezer beef is antibiotic and hormone free as well as USDA approved. Feeding exceptional quality grass, hay, and grain just like a our show steers is a major contributor to the quality of our cattle. Some people get a little skeptical about grain fed cattle but I promise you’ve never tasted beef quite like this! We have had amazing results and our current customers are extremely pleased!
